In May, we shall be delving deeper into mantras and mudras (sacred sounds, words and gestures).

The Mantra and Mudra Meditation series includes:
LIVE classes to develop, encourage and nurture your meditation practice. This will help you to create a calm and balanced life for yourself.
Sessions take place on every Sunday 10.30-11am plus recordings are sent to you after each session to replay and revisit throughout the month.
Mantras and Mudras in May
Zoom details will be sent out approx 48 hours before the first session.
The Mantra and Mudra series begins on the 2nd May and ends on the 30th May 2021.
All Zoom sessions will be recorded and available for up to two weeks should you miss any.
