Payments for events are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Bodhi Aspirations, the venue or the Government imposes a lockdown.

This also applies to online events. You may wish to send a family or friend in your place if you can no longer attend. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to do this.

Once an event has begun, late arrivals may not be admitted if it will cause a disturbance to other participants. This may also apply to online events.

A deposit or pre-payment may be required for Bodhi Therapies and online one to one appointments. These payments are non-refundable unless we are able to sell the appointment to another client. We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Please arrive to events or therapy bookings at least 5-10 minutes in advance of start time.

Therapy time may be reduced due to lateness.

Bodhi Aspirations accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Our price tariff may be subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers are valid for six months and are non-refundable.
