I take a unique and intuitive approach drawing on over twenty years of personal experience to work with each person at whatever stage they may be with their personal and spiritual development. This may include but is not limited to;

• Exploration of meditation techniques to find the right method for you

• Self enquiry and contemplation

• Breathing practices

• Emotional assimilation

• Energy cultivation techniques

• Spiritual Counselling

To show commitment and hold space for your experience and additional support that may be required, I suggest a minimum of three sessions. These are usually 90-120 minutes long and are no longer than a month apart.
