Why is Ancestral Healing & Reverence important?
Ancestral healing and reverence are essential because they anchor us in the continual cycles of life, connecting us to a flow of energy that transcends space and time.
By honoring our ancestors, we recognise that we are part of a lineage that stretches far back into the past and forward into the future.
This awareness grounds and nourishes us, reminding us that we are never truly alone in our struggles or triumphs.
When we draw upon the accumulated wisdom and strength of even our most ancient ancestors, we tap into a powerful source of guidance that can help us navigate the complexities of modern life.
Their stories, their resilience, and their victories flow through us, providing insight and clarity.
At the same time, ancestral healing allows us to release the unresolved karma and trauma they carried, freeing both ourselves and future generations from these burdens.
This work is done in unison with the ancestors, and through it, we restore balance across time. We heal not only for ourselves but for the lineage that brought us here.
To ignore our ancestors is to sever our connection to the root of our being, cutting ourselves off from the rich inheritance of wisdom and energy that is available to us.
By honoring and healing these connections, we restore our place in the larger cycles of life, finding strength and nourishment in the continuity of our lineage.
Ancestral healing and reverence is something we will be diving deeply into through the upcoming months in the online Art of Being Human membership and Novembers Samhain Soulfest at The Oak House Studio situated at Hatfield House in Hatfield, Herts.
This is a huge topic and I want to do it justice. So there will be various videos, notes, inspiration for rituals & ceremonies including meditations to come for members of the Art of Being Human.
Our next LIVE Zoom call is Wednesday 2nd October 8pm BST
